Shipping Policy

We take great care in delivering your products and only work with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE. Shipping times may vary. The standard shipping time is between 3 to 15 business days.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday and Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Working days do not include public holidays or Sundays. Delivery times are subject to events beyond our control, such as unexpected travel delays from our courier partners or transporters due to weather conditions or strikes

Our delivery partners will make two delivery attempts before returning the product to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address to ensure faster delivery.

We will email your package tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Return and Refund Policy

At Kidz Organic, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers.

As we promise sustainable, eco-friendly infant clothes, all products are pre-washed and cleansed with plant-based enzymes, and packed with antibacterial ‘bhimseni kapoor’.

We are deeply concerned about your baby's health and hygiene. So, as per government rules and regulations, Kidz Organic products are not returnable, replaceable, or exchangeable.

At Kidz Organic, we do a thorough quality check before dispatching and meticulously select only the best products for you and your children. But, if you still receive a defective product or you change your mind after placing the order, in such cases we would be happy to help you. All you have to do is send a mail to support@kidzorganic.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Please mention your order number, and details of the problem, with an attached photo of the product. Also, make sure to retain the original invoice. Within 1-2 business days our customer support team will get back to you and initiate the return/refund.

Cancellation Policy

If we receive a cancellation request within 24 hours and the order has not been yet processed/approved by us, we will cancel it and refund the entire amount.

We shall not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped by us.
